Floods not only cause inconveniences to people, they also cause tremendous heartaches to business owners who have shops along the affected roads. Business would be severely affected, no customers for the day(s), paying ''empty rents'' for the day(s), paying staff's salaries, damaged goods etc.

I was there when the floods took place, very troublesome one, got to take off shoes and all. Haiz.
