Why do Singaporeans not help out when a crime occurs in public? My guess is that they:
- are too tired
- are too busy
- dont wanna get into trouble themselves
- dont wanna get involved in time-consuming police statements and court attendance
- just like to watch the ''show''
- dont care
- have no incentive to help
The list goes on.

Didn't think that sg would be such a danger place. Imagine being attacked on a public bus....
