Studies, Stress, Relaxation.

Some students may find that too much studying leads to stress. Well, it is true in a way, but too little studying brings about more stress, it may not materialise immediately, but in the long run, it most probably will. This is because too much idle time will most probably lead to boredom which may then lead to the development of bad habits. These bad habits will bring about more stress to a person in the long term.

So, the best way would be to strike a healthy balance between studies and relaxation. For full time students, the 80-20 rule may apply, as with most other things in life, the 80-20 rule seems rather reliable. That is, focus on your studies 80% of the time, and take time off to do the things you enjoy 20% of the time (eg playing sports, going out with friends, shopping etc).
